STEP 1:
Sign Your Job Offer Letter & Contractor Agreement
Complete the signing of your Job Offer Letter and Independent Contractor Contract to finalize your position and get started.
STEP 3:
Join Our Facebook Group
You are invited to our private AIOMS Facebook Group, exclusive for users only. Inside the group we post helpful tips, advice, and other important information on system updates, promotions, free events and more!
You'll also have the opportunity to connect with other users and seek help or advice from our community.
STEP 2:
Complete the Team Intake Form
Provide your personal details by filling out the Team Intake Form. This helps us set up your profile, get to know you better, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
STEP 3:
Submit the Payroll Form
Fill out the Payroll Form to provide your payment details. For information on your payment schedule, please refer to your Independent Contractor Contract. Your first payment will be made on the second cutoff, with total days worked calculated from your start date.
STEP 4:
Accept Your Slack Channel Invitation
You'll receive an invitation to join our Slack workspace. Accept it, and join your respective channel to start communicating with your team.
STEP 5:
Access the ClickUp Project Dashboard
Check your email for an invitation to our ClickUp Project Dashboard. This is where you'll manage and track your tasks. Please follow the link and set up your ClickUp account.
STEP 6:
Read the Team Handbook
Make sure to go through AIOMS Digital Team Handbook, which outlines our house rules, policies, and expectations. Understanding this will help you align with our culture and values.
STEP 7:
Meet the Team & Optimize Your Schedule
We hold regular meetings for strategy calls and general check-ins to discuss your experiences, identify areas for improvement, and provide any support needed while you work on your tasks and projects.
Keep an eye out for the schedule and come ready to connect!
We also practice time-blocking to efficiently organize daily and weekly tasks. Watch for invitations added to your calendar to ensure you never miss a strategy call or team meeting.

Get Familiar with Our Tools and Workflow
Once you’re in, explore the guides on how to navigate the tools our team uses.
Inside your ClickUp Dashboard, you will find How-To Guides and your milestone tasks to complete. These resources will support you as you progress through your career with AIOMS Digital.

Download the Mobile App
AIOMS has an easy-to-use app that allows you to easily access all of the AIOMS features from the palm of your hand! Click one of the buttons below to open your preferred app store.
STEP 6:
AIOMS Training Course
Log into the desktop app and find Training Videos on the left hand menu. Click AIOMS Training and be led to our training platform, Branning Library where you can access our step-by-step tutorials.
We've created this specific AIOMS course that walks you through the ins and outs of using the software. You can also get there directly by clicking the button below to access the course.
NOTE: This is a separate platform, and while it will share your email, you will need to establish a separate password.
