An innovative digital marketing agency specializing in content strategies, brand building, and creative marketing is seeking a highly-skilled Virtual Assistant focused on Lead Generation & Client Acquisition.

Key Responsibilites

  • Execute outbound cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and social media.

  • Research, identify, and build lead lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and industry directories.

  • Qualify leads based on detailed ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) criteria.

  • Write and personalize cold emails and direct messages tailored to different market segments.

  • Organize and maintain CRM systems (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot), including tagging, segmentation, and follow-up workflows.

  • Track responses, schedule discovery calls, and coordinate calendars for the sales team.

  • Monitor lead activity and update status in CRM to ensure a clean, accurate sales pipeline.

  • Report weekly KPIs including contact rate, response rate, bookings, and conversions.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach messaging with campaigns and brand tone.

  • Continuously test and optimize outreach templates and lead sources for better conversion.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of lead generation or outbound marketing experience.

  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

  • Proficient in GoHighLevel, Apollo, HubSpot, Slack, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Highly organized with CRM and outreach system knowledge.

  • Self-starter mindset with a performance-driven work ethic.

  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through.
